Internship position:



Partner Services Advisor (PSA) (Full-time Internship, at least 3 months)

SAP Global Service Center (Chengdu)



Job description:



The intern will assist and contribute to the SAP partner consulting activities of the “Partner Service Delivery Team”. The team provides services and support to partners from SAP across the Asia-Pacific region.



Requirements:



University Degree: Computer Science or Business Administration, IT equivalent (combination of business and technical education preferred)



Customer focus and service-oriented attitude, Pre-sales experience preferred



Proven knowledge or experience in one of the following IT segments: Development, Implementation, Support, Remote Services, Partner Enablement, Customer Service



Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills, especially presentation skills,



Strong coordination and planning capabilities



Required languages: English and at least one of the following: Korean and/or Mandarin
