Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science or related
CET4 or above;
To master .Net Framework, experience in C/S、B/S model development, well grasp knowledge and skills of JavaScript、VBScript、DHTML、XML、C#、ASP.Net、Web Service;
• To master configuration and usages of IIS and/or COM+ etc;
• To be familiar with the method of code development and testing under Visual Studio 2003 IDE;
• To master database development involving Oracle and/or SQL Server
• To be familiar with standard software development process and have the ability to write standard development documents;
• To be enthusing over software development, with strong ability to study and read any technical documents in English
• To be honest, responsible, with good communication skills, and act as a good co-player
Mutual Fund Quality Auditing Analyst：
Responsibilities:
• Exam and audit Morningstar global mutual fund database to ensure its supreme quality
• Perform regular data auditing to generate Morningstar data quality indices and run benchmark comparison with market standard
• Analyze the pattern of data issues, identify the root causes, and define solution plan
• Work together with data processing teams to design and continually improve work flow to lift data quality baseline
• Audit fund data quality among various Morningstar product to ensure the consistency and accuracy
Qualifications:
• Detail-oriented and strong analytical skill
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (both in Chinese and English)
• CET 6
• Bachelor degree in Statistics, MIS, Economics, Finance, Investment or equivalent
• Familiar with Financial/Investment industry is a plus
Mutual Fund Data Analyst：
Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry, auditing and analysis to ensure that required data and methodologies are in place to drive the product.
• Discover, gather and create product requirements and specifications to optimize current data operation process based on team feedback and individual research.
• Ensure the quality and the efficiency of data operation process.
• Organize and support product management
Qualifications:
• Strong Financial/Investment industry knowledge or financial accounting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (both in Chinese and English)
• Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Investment, Accounting or equivalent required
• Passed any CFA level test is a big plus
• Familiar with the US stock or fund market is a plus
