Analyst



Job Description



Analysts are responsible for discrete pieces of analysis that contribute towards solving a client’s business problem. Analysts break down a problem into hypotheses to be tested, structure the testing approaches, model and interpret the data. This position requires analytical ability, a flair for quantitative problem solving and programming and strong interpersonal/communication skills. While working abroad, assist in developing client recommendations and work collaboratively with client team members to implement change.



Requirements



•       Master degree or higher from top university in qualitative discipline



•       English fluency, written and oral



•       Ability and desire to learn quickly



•       Drive, entrepreneurial spirit



•       Exceptional bachelor’s degree students are encouraged to apply for Junior Analyst.







Associate



Description



Associates need to be fully-versed in most types of analyses and demonstrate fluency in client-facing as well as internal communications. Associates take ownership of entire streams of analyses, perform sophisticated data analyses and guide Analysts on execution of discrete tasks. While working abroad, they take a critical role in developing client recommendations and work collaboratively with client team members to implement change.



Requirements



•       Two years of work experience with a top consulting firm, or equivalent work experience



•       MBA or Master’s degree or higher from top university in quantitative discipline



•       English fluency, written and oral



•       Ability and desire to learn quickly



•       Drive, entrepreneurial spirit
