North Korea top negotiator made the demand to a visiting group of dignitaries. Pyongyang agreed in February to begin dismantling its nuclear program.

Votes have been counting in East Timor as a nation vote for a new president. Among the 8 candidates, Prime Minister Jose Ramos-Horta who won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1996, outgoing /described the vote as a chance to prove East Timor is not a failed state.

There are reports of at least 2 people injured 1 dead on a workplace shooting in Troy Michigan. Police now say they apprehended that suspect the former employee of the county firm. At first the employees had been ordered to barricade themselves inside, but they were later evacuated.

President is promising 3-year work permit that cost 3500 dollars every time they are renewed. The plan will also require illegal immigrants want permanent residency to return their own country, reenter legally and pay a 10,000 dollar fine.
