项目简介 循序渐进的职业发展和充满挑战性的店铺管理的紧密结合。培训内容包括度身定做的入职培训，在职培训，日常辅导和其它相关的内部和外部的培训课程。基于个人的绩效评估，职业发展会遵循如下步骤：

培训重点：
第一阶段：
对客服务，产品知识，销售技巧
第二阶段：
报告撰写，新员工培训，公司新项目执行
第三阶段：
团队激励技巧，[屏蔽]处理店铺日常事务
岗位要求 大学本科
毕业生，管理，语言及其他经济或人文学科专业
出色的英语沟通能力，会法语等第二外语者尤佳

The Program Successful incumbents will enjoy a progressive career path, based on a challenging on-the-job development program in our retail operations. Excellent training will be offered including a tailor-made orientation program, on-the-job training, coaching and relevant in house or external training workshops. Training Focus:
Phase 1:
Customer service, product knowledge, selling skills
Phase 2:
Report handling, provide training for new joiners, implementing new ideas/projects
Phase 3:
Motivate oneself and team to achieve goals, handle store activities independently
Requirements A degree in any discipline such as business management, finance, foreign languages, etc
Proficiency in English is mandatory; French or any additional language is an advantage
A commitment to developing a career in retail management
