MY LIFE my autobiography
I was born in the city of #####, ZheJiang Province, southeast of China. Looking back, there are so many things that I can not forget. So here I am writing this passage to honor the past old golden time and commemorate the time that I have spent with my family, my friends and my teachers.
On a cold winter afternoon, my mother gave birth to me, thus then, I came to this world, of course naked and terrified. The next two to three years is the most difficult time for my parents and myself. During this period of time, I had to learn to walk, to speak, to feel the things that are not familiar to me at all. I often had my fingers burned, my head bumped, my knees injured, and of course, my skin coarsed. I heard from my parents that I was not very easy to breed, to nurture, to teach. Obviously, now I know that it is the universal thing for each of us. When I reached the age of 4, I was already a naughty boy with the good capacity of running, jumping, and kicking. Running away from parents' accompany, smattering a fine glass, tearing apart a functional toy, bullying other children were all nothing new to me. By the age of 5, I attended a kindergarten, but again, teachers there also did not have a effective way to deal with me. So they just let it be. Now here came the odd part of my life. Suddenly, I became a good boy, no more loose cannon behaviors and reckless conducts, I found my new adventure in the seeking of knowledge. Just one month, I got the highest score in the math test among all kids and got a only A in the physical education class. My life had changed a lot since then. I had become the apple of the teachers' eye, the most popular student in the class and the living model for the boys and the girls. This trend continued to my primary school and then middle school, I always was a center of everything. I have to say now, this feeling was so great and powerful, these time were the best part of my life so far. I still remember the craziness that I and my friends had to go to the net bar to have a game of Starcraft and Roman Time. Those were good old days. Finished the middle school, I entered the best high school of my city. It did not take too long for me to find out myself is no longer "that center", everyone of this school seemed no worse than me, and what's even worse was that I only could get a middle level score rather than the top, I became nobody. For so many times, I wanted to bring that honor back, but I failed again and again, there were always someone who got better scores than I got. The best rank I got in that top school was only seven, and only once. For most of the time, I only could get a rank of 15 or so, If I was not very careful about the tests, I would be easily thrown away to 20th or 25th. That time was the first time I tasted failures, was outsmarted by others, and faced the true meaning of competition. Three years were not a long shot, easily flew away, thus I was here.
Now I am a senior, what do i have now? A coming diploma, of course. What else? A special knowledge in my major? I do not think so, they are just too superficial and useless. A more diplomatic mind? Maybe. But in the real world outside I can gain more of that. So again, this is the requirement of the society and bottom line of securing a job opportunity. For me, it is just a step toward the west and the platform for me to fly further.
