If you get married you set out to live happy after, right? But not all marriages last, because of death or divorce. Some people end up on their own, never expect to find love again. But in western New York we met a couple that found out that if you take a chance love can be even sweeter the second or the third time around.

I was married for 10 years, had 3 children. We divorced very young. And then I remarried and I am married a wonderful man. And he developed lung cancer and died at 50 years old.

Sandy Daily figured she was too old to start again.

I just get tired of kissing the folks. I just wanna enjoy my life.

Jim Kuna was afraid of getting attached.

Going through with divorce is very difficult.

I made plenty mistakes in my life. And I just don’t wanna hurt anybody any more.

Neither was looking for love.

Neither thought they would find it.

I was not ready to put myself back out there again to get hurt or be disappointed.

But a friend from \ passed Steven thought they made the perfect match.

One day we were talking and she, you know, it was alone life out there. And I said “Oh, my God, Jim Kuna, Jim Kuna.” It just came into my head. I don’t know why I started at Jim.

Pat kept approaching and telling me there was a young lady that I needed to meet. And I kept telling Pat I wasn’t in arrest.

Come on Jim, let’s go for lunch. I just want you to meet her. I must have done a daily. So finally he did. He said. He emailed me and said “OK, lunch.”

I said “Fine. Let’s just meet. I won’t like him. It will be all over. And we can go on with our lives and I can be happy. ” And he walked in the door. And I went “Wow, is that him? ” And it’s pretty much one of those old fashion love for \.

Going back through the movie \ I can see Sandy really completes me. And I think that the, we both had each other at home.

The first time I kissed Jim and the first time he hug me, he turned it from that \ to the prince-charming that I always hoped for. .

Maybe I’m the father really knows how to kiss.

They had a commitment ceremony. And a year later Jim said he wanted to renew it. But he’d planned much more than that. He proposed.

That’s a reception one.

Sandy and Jim will be married next month. They say they were all to fate and to their friend Pat.

Pat knew something. I don’t know what she knew and how she knew it but she definitely did.

Yeah, she did.

OK.

Like most newly-weds they got big plans for their future together.

You know, when you first meet, you start talking about what you wanna do in your grownup? Well the conversation with us is what you wanna do in your retire?

They are selling Sandy’s house, packing the trailer and hitting the road.

We don’t wanna have any big worries in our lifes, and just take life as a coast. The only thing we can, love each other for we ran over our relationship together.

Sandy made Jim and remembered his last name is Kuna, a sign for the trailer. It says Ha Kuna Matata.

Ha Kuna Matata here means no worries, no troubles and that’s gonna be our life.

Sometimes you find love when you least expected.

I don’t think at this place finding the love that we have each other. And that’s been wonderful. I know it’s just starting to get better as life goes along.

And Sandy and Jim’s wedding reception is gonna be in old-fashion barbecue at their favorite camping site and yes, their friend Pat will be an honored guest.

I hope so.

So we’ve been talking about this thing as a successful relationship and………….

So I wanna know you’ve been married how long?

Twenty years.

OK, that’s a big bench mark. Oh, yeah, where’s the law? Don’t knock on glass. OK. What’s your secret here?

Here’s one thing that I would say, alright, is assume nothing. Never assume anything. Never assume or I thought you are gonna take the \ out of the, right? Never assume or I thought you are gonna pick the kids from school.

Don’t make assumptions.

Don’t assume somebody else is gonna order the flowers for your father or you mother. Right?

This also sounds very familiar.

When?

Yeah, I even have a friend tell me not to make that is making assumption. Make up something that we all do in relationship we don’t realize, like this morning, for instance. You might TV-husband while reading the Wall Street Journal.
