让朋友玩这个程序，结果他电脑蓝屏，鼠标码无效，强制重启还是继续蓝屏，重启进安全模式之后删除相关文件继续重启仍旧蓝屏，现在电脑就死在那不能用了，请问如何彻底解决啊？
恶作剧整人结果被骂做无聊，达人帮忙啊！

麻烦将蓝屏用手机拍照截图看下。
重点是诸如以下红色文字部分
