As the developement of our economy, the price of house is rising sharply ,especially in big city.this is a problem we all will face after we graduate to work.now can anybody predict the tendency of the development of real estate.we can just say whatever we think!!!!!!!

it's just bubble-economics. Even a simple person ,knowing of just a bit knowledge of economics, gets the point that it shall not last long. As the booming(bubbling) of real
estate, the macro econmics of the nation is booming too,but without the increasing of the micro econmics. In the eye of econmics, there r potential dangers,that is ,the 3rd partial of the the national ecnomics r shrinking quickly as most of the consumption captial flooded into the real estate (or the 2nd partial...)
