1. Casualties in Iraq are climbing after a second straight day of deadly attacks. Bombings around Baghdad left more than two dozen people dead Sunday. Rescue workers are still searching for bodies in the rubble of a bombed marketplace where up to 150 were killed Saturday.

2. Israeli Cabinet says it will release 250 Palestinian prisoners. Israel hopes the move strengthens moderate Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas in his struggle against Hamas which took over Gaza last month.

3. A judge's ordered a former suspect in the JonBenet Ramsey case released on bond after a domestic dispute. Police arrested John Mark Karr Friday near Atlanta after an argument with his girlfriend and father.

4. Scientists in Vietnam have discovered the largest known colony of a rare, endangered monkey. The discovery of the grey-shanked doucs could help save the monkey from extinction. Monkey is considered one of the world's most endangered primates.
