Overview:
The goal of the T1 engineer is to provide the customer with accurate information about any issue they may be experiencing in an efficient and effective way and to serve as the Single Point of Contact for customers in delivering our Remote Assistance Service. Our mission is to deliver our Cisco ROS Select Operate service to our customers in order to:
• Provide an EXCEPTIONAL customer experience on every phone call
• Provide timely resolution to impacting incidents within a 10 minutes goal of receiving the call
• Establish ROS as the industry-leader in enabling operations
• Fuel the rapid adoption of Cisco in the market place
Responsibility:
Tier 1 Engineers provide first line support for the HD Video Teleconferencing products from Cisco Systems. We hA∨e proactive alarms checking WAN, LAN, routers, switches and all aspects of the video conferencing products. We also receive phone calls from customers requesting reactive support.
• Provide quality customer service
• Gather the customer's information to create tickets for the engineers to hA∨e all the information A∨ailable
• Gather customer's information in other to resolve any equipment issue
• Be prepared to resolve issues in a timely matter
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism.
• Be constantly monitoring the system in order to detect any alterations
• Provide resolution to customer questions, problems or concerns that are related to the Cisco Teleconferencing product line.
• Help the customer with any doubt about the operations of the system Ability to interact with team members, service providers and other peers as well as be comfortable working with executive level customers.
• Ability to grown with/keep pace with the technology
