技术开发及工艺整合工程师
职责:
协同产品设计工程师或客户统计和制定器件和工艺控制的参数规格。
掌握器件和工艺模拟工具。
设计工艺流程和必要的工艺模拟。
优化改进工艺流程和器件结构。
协同工艺工程师一起建立新的单项工艺模块。
组织完成质量体系所要求的相关文件，如：在线控制计划，测试计划，设计规则等。
具备较强的团队合作和相互沟通能力，组织团队通过8D方法，分析工艺异常的原因，并建立和完成改进，预防措施。
熟悉PCM工艺监控的结构，测试方法，具备一定的分析和解决问题的能力。
要求:

TD Engineer
Responsibility:
1,Define device spec with design engineer or foundry customer.
Do device and process simulation.
Design process flow according process and device simulation.
Optimze device or process flow.
Cooperate with process engineers to set-up new module.
Finish related documents such as in-line control plan,PCM control plan and design rule.
Analysis abnormal process issue and device issue with process engineer or design engineer.
Draw design rule test pattern and PCM test pattern.
Requirement:
Master degree or above in Micro-electronic and has good understanding in semiconductor device physics.
Good communication and strong ability in analysis and solve problems.
Honest , work hard, team-work.

Responsibility:
Responsible for the specification definition of the analog IC products.
The evaluation of engineering samples.
The development of the system solution and the technical support for the customer application.
Requirement:
Master degree or above majoring in power electronics, or electrical engineering, or applied electronics.
Capable of designing the analog circuitry and the power supply systems.

OQA目检工程师
职责:
制定并维护成品硅片出厂目检标准。
根据成品硅片出厂检验规范和目检标准指导目检技术员/操作工进行日常的成品硅片表观质量检验。
对目检技术员/操作工难于判断的硅片进行复查。
编写目检出厂报告。
处理在线产品出现的所有表面异常，并加以分析。
对于较大的涉及两个或两个以上工艺段的表面异常，与MODULE工程师一起进行分析。
所有产品片报废的确认及分析。
定期完成报废片统计及异常分析报告。
定期完成缺陷密度模式的统计及异常分析报告。
要求:
大学或以上，电气自动化等相关专业。
良好的英语能力和计算机操作能力。
视力良好,1.0以上。

OQA Visual Inspection Engineer
Responsibility:
Set up and maintain the wafer outgoing visual inspection criteria.
Instruct technician/operator to visual inspect for wafer outgoing according to inspection criterion.
Re-inspect the defects that can not confirmed by technician/operator.
Provide the visual inspection report for outgoing.
Handle and analysis the wafer visual issue in line.
Handle and analysis the wafer visual issue with related module Engineer.
Confirm and analysis the visual scrap wafers.
Complete timely the reports related to scrap wafers statistic and abnormality analysis.
Complete timely the statistic and abnormality analysis on defect density mode.
Requirement:
BS or above., Majored in Electronic/Electrical
Good oral and written English, good knowledge in computer application skill.

Responsibility:
Be SST (Supplier Selection Team) leader to conduct supplier selection and rating for correlative product quality.

Quickly solve the NCR due to the daily product low yield.
Follow up related Cost Down project.

配合工艺整合工程师及工艺工程工程师优化工艺提高圆片测试合格率。
与各Foundry客户就产品设计、制造和测试进行良好的沟通。
