As you already know, we have gotten few TME backfills after we lost couple of team members since last year. Now we are working on hiring Stanley’s backfill and need more candidates.

Here, I’d like to ask your additional help to recommend some server platform design technical experts (at least one area in Server HWD, SIE, ME, HWV etc) who is good candidate & interested in Technical Marketing position.

Description
The position is for a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) in the Enterprise Platform and Services Division (EPSD) Technical Marketing and Sustaining Engineering (TMSE) Group. In this position, you will be supporting Intel Server Systems hardware (servers, chassis, switches, storage). Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for the technical interface for alpha, beta, and silver customer support, customer interface involving weekly technical meetings
- Resolving difficult technical problems as well as investigation and disposition of errata
- Driving resolution to sales and customer issues by working with EPSD engineering and third party suppliers
- Keeping sales force and customers updated with the latest product information and/or documentation and/or change notification and provide post sales support in support of EPSD business objectives
- Developing and/or maintaining customer collateral and prepare and/or present effective technical presentations and demonstrations for use in customer visits, training sessions, and trade shows
- Providing input and key learning from current products and/or customers to new product development teams, representing customer technical needs
Qualifications
You should possess a Master or a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent) with six or more years of directly related experience and be able to speak English and Mandarin fluently, as well as a good written communications in Chinese and English. Additional qualifications include:
- Excellent overall understanding of Intel architecture based servers, server hardware design and system software, BIOS and firmware, together with server management software
- Working knowledge of Ethernet LANs, network switch configuration and management, SAS/SATA Storage configuration and management, Windows* 2003/2008 Advanced Server, Red Hat* Linux AS, SuSE* Linux Enterprise Server together with integration of networked application software
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technical expertise and insights in a team environment and exhibit strong customer orientation
- Demonstrated ability to listen, understand, and respond professionally to customer questions and/or complaints
- Work independently, and exhibit strong influential skills and customer orientation
- Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-geography teams
- Experience working with MNC's, and experience creating 'customer ready' collateral
- Experience on server virtualization software (such as VMware*) or storage products would be an added advantage

真遇到合适的管你几年工作经验，招了再说

工作年限不重要，这个职位想要的人是要有比较强的服务器主板或者其他板级设计经验的人。
看情况待遇可能在20-30W一年
