Researcher Job Description
Major Task
Research Industries:
Become familiar with industries and companies.
Research Companies:
Create target companies lists. Research and structure companies from lists. Create executive summaries to outline overall company.
Research Candidates:
Conduct search and pre-screening to identify potential candidates for searches.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct the pro-active search as to different functions;
2. Set target list for each case including corporation information for the special industries.
3. Make cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
4. Arrange face to face interview between candidates;
5. Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
6. Be responsible for conducting paper work;
7. Data entry and maintain database;
8. Get involved in other relevant responsibilities.
