招聘信息:



1、技术10名，大专以上，理工科背景（机械类）；2年以上机械加工企业外协采购经验，或者3年以上机械设计经验；熟悉一般的机械加工工艺，表面处理原理（镀锌，阳极，电抛光等），了解苏州地区外协厂商情况者佳；理解，沟通能力强，要求有一定的专业判断能力，有汽车驾驶执照者佳；能主动工作，并能够承受一定的压力。



2、装配工2名，工作职责：操作数控车床或铣床，保质保量按时完成所下达的生产任务；听从[屏蔽]的调遣及其他工作安排，并能认真负责；对所操作的机床负责，日常例行清洁，维护，保养的认真执行；能遵守公司的规章制度。要求：高中以上学历，一年以上数控机床操作的工作经历；工作认真负责，有积极向上的工作态度；能看懂机械制图，并能自主选择刀具，编制程序，加工出符合要求的零件；有团队合作精神，能与其他员工保持良好的沟通与合作，共同完成所下达的任务；有基本的英语读写能力。



3、Senior Buyer/Logistic Manager：2



Tasks:



do market research, evaluate and approve suppliers



audit and develop suppliers



negotiate purchasing conditions, manage networks and long-term relationships



contract, call-off and secure supplies based on defined technical and commercial requirements



implement the company’s cost reduction targets



co-operate with German headquarter (corporate purchasing, R&D and quality department)



Qualifications:



engineer degree and good commercial knowledge (contracting),or commercial degree and good technical knowledge



minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience and success in (industrial) purchasing



preferably good market knowledge in the mechanical piece parts or electrical motor industry



working experience in an international company welcome



fluent English



Skills:



strong in negotiating and achieving of results



very high motivation



ability to find ways, solve conflicts and manage ”networks”



Training:



2-3 weeks in Germany (product and process requirements)

Tasks:

- overall responsiblility for Controlling (forecast-/budget planning, reports to GM and Headquarter, etc.)



- familiar with relevant IT-systems



Qualifications:



-University degree in finance and economics



-Minimum working experience of 5 years in Finance-/Controlling



department ,thereof 3 years in a leading position



- CPA Certificate



-English fluent, German preferred

5、HR Manager：2



Tasks:



overall responsibility for recruitment and staff development



form of employment contracts



responsibility for the payroll



close collaboration with the General Manager and the HR Director, Germany



Qualifications:



degree in business economics with main focus on human resource



minimum working experience of 5 years in a human resource department of a producing company, thereof 3 years in a leading position



good knowledge in Chinese employment and social security law



English fluent, German preferred

7、Production Manager：1



Main Responsibilities:



Supervision of production staff and workers



Implementing production processes and technologies



Production control (Material / and production planning)



Securing availability and efficiency of production equipment



Securing delivery times to customers



Responsible for the quality of products



Qualification /



Working Experience:



Graduated engineer



Min. 5 years of experience in similar position



Preferably CAD – experience and KAIZEN – knowledge



English communication



Training:



The company will provide a 2 - months training at their Headquarters/Factory in GERMANY.
