6. Office expense reimbursement and budget formulation
B. HR Support
1. Interview arrangement
2. Support HR team to finish new hire on-board process
3. Files management
4. New hire orientation
D. Sales Support
1. Sales data statistics and analysis in MS sales.
2. Pipeline/forecast collection and update.
3. Siebel update and management.
4. Calendar management
5. Business trip logistic arrangement for staff.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Good oral and written English, 6-CTE is preferred.
4. Passionate and active
