Basic Requirement
• Majored in Electronic engineering or Micro-Electronics related
• Senior students in BS (must) or MS/PhD (preferred) & will graduate in 2012
• High potential measured by

- Be capable of working under pressure
- Can work at least 3-4 days per week (5 days are perfect), can work continually for 6 months.
Specific Requirement
Verification job function
- Good understanding of Digital Signal Processing.
- Very good analytical/debugging skill (application of math and physics to solve problems).
- Conversant with Verilog, SystemVerilog, Perl/Python/Tcl scripts, Makefile and EDA tools like NC-Verilog, Verdi etc.
- Good understanding of Digital and Analog Circuits (plus).
- Experience with Assertion or Formal Verification (plus).
- Understanding of silicon process technologies (CMOS and Bipolar) and device physics (plus).
- Conversant with EDA tools such as Hspice, Spectre etc. and modeling technique with Matlab script, Simulink and Verilog-AMS/Verilog-A (plus).
- Familiar with basic cells design in CMOS analog IC, such as ADC, Comparator, Bandgap, OSC, Regulator etc. (plus).
Digital IC Design job function
- Profound knowledge on digital logic design.
- Proficient on Verilog language.
- Experience on HDL simulation using tools such as VCS, NCSIM etc.
- Comfort working in Linux environment.
- Basic knowledge on ASIC design flow.
- Understand ASIC functional verification.
- Basic knowledge of data and telecommunication networking (plus).
- Experience on SystemVerilog (plus).
- Experience on makefile, scripting language such as shell, Perl (plus).
- Experience on source code revision control tools (plus).
Analog/Mixed Signal Design job function
- Experience with analog and mixed signal IC product design, integration and verification is required.
- Strong physical layout knowledge and parasitic component understanding essential.
- Process and device physics knowledge critical.
- Proven skills using electronic measurement equipment in a lab environment.
- Expertise in applied magnetism and recording (strong plus).
Custom Layout job function
- Know about circuit design concepts and IC manufacturing processes.
- Know about layout verification process or tools.
- Has experience of using Cadence Virtuoso tool and VCAR router preferred.
- Quickly to learn and interested in physical design.
