This painting is so famous that i don't have to say much about it. It reveals the brave side of French ppl in the French Revolution.

Paintings in Louvre, continued.

Outside the Louvre, i must take a picture to remember

Now we can see the whole part of the glass pyramid.

I noticed one thing. Many hotels in Europe are concatenated(连锁的). 'Mercure' is one of them. In my memery, we had lived in 'Mercure' for 3 times. This 'Mercure' is in Paris. Later in Holland, we lived in another concatenated hotel named 'NH'. both of these concatenated hotels r excellent, if u got a chance to get to Europe, i recommend u to live in these hotels.

We stayed in Paris for two days. On the first day we visited the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. In the second day's morning, we went to the Versailles(凡尔赛宫).

Before entered the Versailles, i noticed that there were lots of tour buses parked in front of the palace.

As the most luxury palace in Europe, the Versailles is the representative of western classical style structures. It was built in 1661, took 28 years to finish. The Versailles has more than 500 hundred rooms, the internal upholster(装潢) of which are highly artistically beautiful. Now the palace is a history museum.
