The Secretary General of the United Nations Kofi Annan says Israel and the Islamic militant group Hezbollah have largely complied with the organiztion's call to end the fighting that errupted in southern Lebanon in July. Mr Annan made the comments and report to the UN Security Council on the implementation of the UN resolution aimed stopping the violent conflict.
