考研英语最佳冲刺方案！


现在离考研还有70天左右， 要想最有效的提高英语，可以从以下几个方面入手：

阅读和词汇

1． 认真精读、吃透、背诵近4年的考研阅读理解真题。这是提高词汇和阅读理解的捷径!
2． 对近4年的阅读理解真题的理解，绝对不能仅限于作对题和看懂单 词，一定要从宏观和微观上入手。

宏观上，要理解篇章结构和布局，逻辑思路，段落之间的衔接关系。
微观上，攻克每一个长难句，吃透每一句话、每一个短语、每一个单词。
记住，做题知识检测你是否读懂大意的一个手段而已。考研拿高分的朋友，一定在宏观和微观吃透后，能够拿出整个文章的结构蓝图。这不仅能高效率的提高英语要阅读理解，还能够同时提高对新题型的感悟和应对能力!

3． 认真专研近4年的考研翻译题，一定要对其中关键的抽象单词、从句（尤其是定语从句的翻译）和难点吃透，不能囫囵吞枣。

作文

4． 对作文，一定要认真复习我讲的考研作文的构思、段落、层次、句型、词汇替换、主题句的提炼。同时，每周坚持写一篇作文， 认真修改三遍以上。同时，一定要背诵我的范文和新概念四册新版本(旧版本也可以)的第1-10篇文章！
5． 每天至少背诵一篇新四文章或考研真替阅读的文章！

长期以来，你都为自己天赋聪颖为苦恼，在经过多年的奋斗，诸如中考、高考、四六级考试、大学逃课、恋爱同居、上网、玩游戏、看小说、打麻将、斗地主、玩双抠、逛街、考试作弊、学驾校。。。。。。等等诸多常人难以想象的艰苦努力后，虽屡遭挫折，未能达到理想的平庸之境，但却初衷不改，从未放弃对平庸的梦想和追求。在你的来信中，你告诉我，经过痛苦的思索，你毅然决定考研，向平庸的目标发起最后的冲刺，不成功便成仁！豁出去了！

为了打消你仅有的疑虑，下面我将就考研成功人士的付出、收获与日后的发展，就我所知，作一详尽的汇报。

一、个人的特点分析
从你的来信中，我深深感受到了差距，也基本了解到了你的一些优势和过人之处，先就作一分析，以期为你考研和日后的工作处事参考之用！
1．天资聪颖，
你告诉我，大学上课基本不去，去了要么睡觉，要么发短信，要么看小说，要么觉得自己比老师好，大学四年基本没遇到好老师。到了考试前一周，挑灯夜战，背一下，基本都考了60分，从没挂过。不管是文理科，都是考老师上课的笔记，只要把同学的资料拿来复印，即可搞定。监考也水，规矩订严了后，监考老师反而不敢轻易抓作弊了。反正考试1/3左右的同学都在作弊，我就不信会抓到我？班上还有些GUA同学，天天认真学习，结果居然还挂了！
你说，你天资聪颖不？
2．思维敏捷，能够紧跟时代脉搏
你告诉我，自己思维敏捷，能够紧跟时代脉搏，对当今时代的诸多时髦元素，都颇有建树！
斗地主，基本没输过，别人出一张牌，你就立刻可以判断对手的牌型，常常把同学斗GUA了。偶尔输了，也的确是牌拿的太屁，MO法！
玩手机，发短信，那更是拿手好戏，闭上眼睛也能发，一节课再差，也要收发过3、40条！
打麻将，更是精通，什么血战，见根收，血流成河，打定张，打10张、7张、4张麻将都玩得好。还有一些花样，估计咱没听说过，那就不说了！
打双抠， 可找对人了！不仅获得了寝室间双抠比赛的冠军，还将双抠成功升级为3抠、4抠，最新版已经是6抠了！
网络游戏，也极为厉害，啥都玩过，在创造了连续72小时玩游戏的记录后，第二天一早还去考试，同学间对此事至今都还在津津乐道！
说起逛街，那更是meng-est. 哪儿手机在出促销，哪儿欧莱雅在打折，哪家商场的专柜衣服好，都一清二楚。想逛街，发我！（发短信给我！）
看超女，更是一场不拉！哪一场的票数，前20强的背景，如身高、体重、三围、血型、星座、恋爱史、纹不纹身、做没做过整容。。。等，了如指掌！只很自己不能参加比赛，一朝成名，挣大钱，开明车，买豪宅，风光无限！
凭着对当今诸多流行元素的造诣，你能说我思维不敏捷，没紧跟时代脉搏？
3．处事好，胸襟广，善安排，挺节约
处事好，比较善于用自己的长处更别人的短处比较，扬长避短！
胸襟广，只是跟同寝室同学挂毛巾的秩序吵过7、8回，要不是本[屏蔽][屏蔽]量，很想找人弄他！
善安排，平时下课后，吃饭、聊天、发短信、逛街，井然有序， 基本上从不会浪费时间去看书、学习和思考！
挺节约，父母亲每月总收入3，000多一点，自己一个月也就只用了7、8百，比起那些用1，500-2，000的同学，好多了!并且基本上不浪费钱去买书，你说节不节约？

二、考研的投入与产出

投入：
a. 时间成本：2007-2010，共三年，复读考了2、3年的自己加。
b. 金钱成本：考研资料500， 英语、政治和专业课估计1，000元，考上后学费8，000，/年 住宿费1，200/年，生活费6，000/年，杂费2，000/年，每年共计18，000，三年下来差不多55，000-60，000元。（关系好、运气好，走统招的少数自己减去相关费用）
c. 机会成本：自己这三年（甚至有的是4-6年）要是没有考研，能够挣多少，（第一年15，000-20，000，第二年20，000-25，000，第三年28，000-36，000，保守估计共计55，000-70，000元），说不定工作中已经抓住了某一次改变生命的机会。并且研究生毕业出来后，已经25-27岁了，仍然一无所成！
d. 爱情成本：尤其请ladies注意，21-24岁是我们女性朋友们的黄金婚恋年龄，无论如何，也不能耽误了这一人生大事。要不然，女性朋友们越到后面，选择越窄，最后是高不成，低不就,很惨！这样的例子俺见多了！
3. 读研的产出与回报
a. 读研期间：上课、兼点职、给导师老板打杂、跑腿，作为回报，有时发篇论文的5-800的稿费导师可以找个理由，找学校报了！三年下来，也就如此！
b. 读研后，就业，主要面临了两种选择，企业或事业单位。
c. 企业单位：除了极个别不到5-10%左右的研究生毕业在就业市场上比同专业的本科生强外，绝大多数没有多大优势。咱们做个换位思考， 假设自己是企业的招聘主管，面临了20个应聘者，都是学X专业的，他们都是2003年本科毕业大学同学，其中10个人是本科，但是已经有了三年实际的工作经验，能够准确定位自己，能够为老板创造利润，另外10人2003年毕业后，直接读了研，毫无工作经验，你说，你如何选择？
d. 事业单位（如大学等）
大学老师工资由三部分组成：基本工资、岗位津贴、课时费。
研究生毕业，职称是助教，基本工资全国都是差不多，750左右， 7月份到校报到后，试用期3个月，试用期间岗位津贴500，10月份转为助教后700/月，2-3年转为讲师，岗位津贴1，000/月，课时费一年一般12，000-20，00左右，各个学校有所不同，算下来，研究生毕业高校工资一年总计大概为28，000-35，000。
要想凭副教授、教授，那你等吧？等死你！
想拿项目，助教算个啥？只配打杂！
e. 未来发展
研究生毕业后，如果是要去企业工作发展，其实已经错过了人生最宝贵的阶段，最有野性的22-25岁，研究生毕业，心态变了，毁了！真的！
去大学或事业部gate工作，慢慢挨吧！想开明车、买豪宅，梦吧！不如买买彩票吧！这辈子，不下岗，能够每年发1-2片规定的论文就不错了！

三、当今疯狂考研的原因

a. 社会原因

首先，中国是一个非常注重diploma的国度，学而优则仕，这种思想仍大有市场！ 不少人，还沉迷在传统的思维中，殊不知，这种思维从2002年开始已经开始被淘汰了！
其次，中国从90年代后期开始，已经开始了巨大的社会转型期。与之而来的是就业、保险、医疗、建筑等等诸多方面的严重问题。尤其从2001年开始，就已经面临了严峻的就业危机， 大学本科年年扩招，虽然暂时缓解了高中毕业生的短期就业压力，但是等到2001、2002年原本大量高中毕业就该工作的学生，通过扩招进入了大学，现在也面临了就业。于是研究生也大量扩招，把就业往后延缓了3-4年， 但只是饮鸩止渴。就业压力终于在2004、2005、2006年大爆发。本人可以这么说，如果今年本科毕业不找工作，梦想通过考研来解脱或逃避的，3年后日子绝对会更难过。其实，自己是龙是虫，到社会上一工作就知道了！
读研，无论如何也比不上工作学的东西多，学的快！更别说现在中国的很多研究生，读了也是白读！

b. 个人原因
说句不中听的话，80年以后的很多朋友，从小衣来伸手、饭来张口，平时所了解的社会都是经过资本包装美化后了的假象，关注的只是消费，从不知道生产者的艰辛！对社会的实际情况，基本是一无所知！但是，具有讽刺意义的是，不少人有极度狂妄自大、眼高手低、贪生怕死、好高骛远。
毕业时，跟他一份800-1，200的工作，他看不起，2，500以上的工作，又做不下来！其实，现在人才的流动性还是蛮大的了！你是人才，能够给老板创造利润，是颗摇钱树，他给你涨工资还来不及！他又不是GUA的！如果自己不行，即使开始给你3千，5千，2、3个月下来，还是得灰溜溜走人！
这样，大四9-11月份开始找工作时，还雄心勃勃，眼高于顶！ 12月份后，越来越失望了！转眼快毕业了，还找不到工资在1，800或2，000以上的工作，咋办？考研吧！至少还有父母亲养着，美其名曰：深造！唉！
最可怕的是，不少朋友到了毕业时，还从没有自己亲手去挣过一块钱，不知道自己要干啥，喜欢啥，在哪些方面有潜力，稀里糊涂的就先报个考研班再说！
对于这样的朋友，考研，对迈向平庸的成功殿堂，推动力更是巨大，立竿见影！
平庸梦想的实现，指日可待！

四、总结：如何办？

1．现在如果清楚自己就想在高校呆，清闲点，对BMW，Benz ，豪宅等不动心，喜欢学些外人看来无用、不挣钱的知识的，那就考研，考博，diploma越高越好！（不过，说实话，很少有朋友能够本科毕业，清楚认识到这种地步境界的！）如果家里可以，争取出国！
2．如果不知道自己要干啥，该干啥，喜欢啥，不知道自己该工作还是考研好的，无论如何千万别先急着考研，一定要先工作。只有工作了，才知道自己的能力、不足和价值观！否则，The game is over !
3．如果既不想工作，也更不想去实践的朋友，那我只能告诉你：
“地球很危险，你还是回火星去吧！”
