All right, a lot of people, a hundred million people actually are swinging singles. Who knew? And the numbers are actually growing.

Yep.

And there are a lot of ways that you can meet people, and you say you have some great tips right off the bat to find some love. First you say: Don't limit yourself to which you think is your type, go outside the box.

Yeah, go outside the box, be proactive. I think a lot of people fall into dating ruts, so it's really important to socially active, and just be aware of your surroundings. That will automatically increase the odds. Also, you remember to smile! Next time you are at dinner with friends, notice who is around you, make eye contact, you know.

Be yourself, you also say, is another one of your pointers, (Exactly) 'cause eventually, they are gonna figure you out. (Find out who you are.) So be yourself. And you say don't worry, if you are not attracted to them at first, physically attracted.

Yeah, chemistry can happen in unexpected ways, you know, give it a chance if you are not attracted to them at first sight. You know, just give that a chance.

Maybe the sense of humor will bring that attraction absolutely.

When you are, Yeah, we both are there, we both dated people that, you know...

And online dating really has begun mainstream, I mean in fact I've told people, you know, my sister's story. She got married after meeting her man on match.com. So, you know, I mean, she just didn't want to deal with the whole dating things. So, is that kind of the case you are saying a lot of websites like, you know, (Yeah) match.com and others, that are really hooking people up?

Exactly, it's being called... online datings are very mainstream now, and it's for a lot of reasons, I think that technology is so integrated into people's lives now. It's always at our finger tips. (Uh-huh.) We depend on it to grow our social networks. Also legitimacy as you mentioned about your sister. Everybody knows somebody who, you know, got married through of someone online, or a real relationship. (Yeah) So people believe in it more.

Right, if you've been in a bad relationship, you just don't wanna go through that again.

Exactly!

So, all right. Um...real cute story on I-village. They did a survey, and one of the ways that somebody wrote about how they like to meet people, as they call it the Home Depot trick, where they stroll the aisles, and treadle, just walk up to a guy, and you know, make a conversation, but (I know, like talk about construction, you know.) So, I mean, these are some of the things to do, it's really like what you said: Think outside the box!

Right, right, find activities, find on your interests.

Yes, and class perhaps, is one of your tips.

Exactly! Yeah, cooking classes are great, 'cause fun and interactive, you know, you are learning how to make a meal over, and enjoy it over a winy conversation with someone. You know, the great thing is finding common interests to connect over, (Uh-huh!) you know, make some great ice-breaker.

And wine is another thing that you can do with while wine tasting. 'Cause everybody should set it as a footy these days. It's a nice thing.

Exactly. Yeah, wine flirting makes a great combination. I can't think of anything better. But um...it's more sophisticated, you know, you are mingling, there is a sommelier teaching you about different wines and, you know, it's another little fun of a date.

You find that you have a common interest of something that you like to do, (Exactly.) you could share a bottle of wine together. And then the gyms, always a place where people, you know, look around (Right). But it can be kind of hard to make a conversation with somebody who's running on the treadmill. So, one thing you might wanna do, you say is during the sports team.

Yeah, social sports teams are great. They are very locally based. But, I mean, if you play dodge ball, or volleyball, basketball in high school, maybe, you know, look it up on Google, and see what's near you. You know, for example, we have dodge ball in New York, a pulling-socks sport which we are looking at right now.

Dodge ball, all right, all right.

The Dodge ball, you know, but they... They've actually had over 20 engagements (Really?) of people who really met on their organizations.

If you are in the New York area, obviously, this is the hot (Exactly! place to deal if you are a swinging single.) Throw a dodge ball at someone, you know, they'll fall in love with you.

Um...And charities are great as well. Charities are, you know there are some amazing organizations out there. You know, you can find something that you are passion about; you have a personal connection over.

Are there certain charities that you should look for, that you know, might have better events that you can go to, you can meet the right kind of person.

Right, American Cancer Society is great, Operation Smile, Make a Wish foundation. You know, don't be at charity for yourself too, while you are doing good, you are also maybe, you know, making a potential love connection as well.

Absolutely.

All right, well, so, I guess bottom line is, get out there, for yourself.

Get out there, absolutely, I don't remember all these have, you know, interest that two people can bond over, so it gotta build ice-breakers.
