v IC Design Engineer / Senior IC Design Engineer
Job Description:
n Full-custom design for digital and analog circuits in the DRAM technology
n Circuit design of functional blocks in memory
n Circuit optimization and verification through simulation
n Chiplevel simulation and verification
n Test modes design for testability
n Verification of the circuit layout
n Layout of individual circuits and functional blocks in memory
n Layout optimization w/r to area and parasitics
n Full chip assembly and verification
n Support of design characterisation and analysis
Requirements:
n Either Bachelor, Master or PhD in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, or related field
Experience, Knowledge:
n Computer knowledge: Windows, UNIX, MS Office Software
n Team oriented, love to work in young, international and highly motivated teams
n Good communication skills
n High grade of flexibility
n Highly motivated and engaged
n Semiconductor device physics and process technology know how appreciated
n Experience in layout, digital analog and/or mixture signal IC is desirable
n Experience in full customer ASIC design is desirable
n Experience in solid state memory/DRAM design is desirable
Languages:
n English (good)
n Chinese language skills are beneficial
v Product and Test Engineer / Senior Product and Test Engineer
Job Description:
n Design verification and analysis of new Memory products
n Electrical characterization of parameters specified in the data sheet
n Definition and programming of test contents and conditions for Memory production testing (wafer, component, and module)
n Optimization of design and test content to achieve both high yield and excellent quality
n Simulations and analyses together with responsible circuit designers
n Optimization of program run time
n Pass/Fail chip correlation of different program versions
n Development of analysis tools and program logistics
n Support of production sites on test programs related issues
Requirements:
n Either Bachelor, Master or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience, Knowledge:
n Computer knowledge: Windows, UNIX, MS Office Software
n Team oriented, love to work in young, international and highly motivated teams
n Good communication skills
n High grade of flexibility
n Highly motivated and engaged
n Programming skills (preferably C++, Assembler) are beneficial
n Semiconductor device physics and circuit design know how appreciated
n High frequency measurement know how is beneficial
n Experience in DRAM test and analysis is desirable
n Experience in DRAM tester programming (Advantest) is desirable
Languages:
