招聘职位：

Position: Design Engineer I(设计与开发工程师 1)
Location: Nanjing

Position Objective
To provide engineering support for manufacturing, outsourcing and marketing fu
nctions. This position is responsible for the design and development of compon
ents and new products to meet customer and market needs.

Principal Responsibilities
  Develops new components, products using CAD system;
  Handles engineering change requests (ECR’s) by modifying current pro
duct design;
  Analyzes the field problem reports and develops solutions to rectify
the problem;
  Participates in a cross-functional team to develop new products;
  Develops engineering documentation;
  Develop special designs to meet special customer requests and provide
the essential supporting calculations;
  Check completed work assigned to drafting personnel;
  Prepare Bills of Material (BOM) and provide purchasing department wit
h product specifications;
  Interface with shop personnel during fabrication and testing to insur
e product compliance with design formation and delivery requirements.

Requirements
  B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
  0-5 years of Work Experience
  Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  Must be a team player - open-minded and flexible;
  Must have the ability to manage multi-tasks, carry out root cause ana
lysis, and deal with internal and external customers. Must have excellent prob
lem solving skills;
  Experience with Pro/E solid modeling and/or experience with FEA;
  Experience with mobile construction equipments;
  Good command of English (both oral and written);
  PC literacy (MS office).

Position: Electric Design Engineer(电气工程师)
Location: Nanjing

Position Objective
To provide engineering support for manufacturing, outsourcing and marketing fu
nctions. This position is responsible for the design and development of electr
ic components and new products to meet customer and market needs.

Principal Responsibilities
  Develops new electric systems and circuits using CAD system;
  Handles engineering change requests (ECR’s) by modifying current pro
duct design;
  Analyzes the field problem reports and develops solutions to rectify
the problem;
  Participates in a cross-functional team to develop new products;
  Develops engineering documentation;
  Develop special designs to meet special customer requests and provide
the essential supporting calculations;
  Prepare Bills of Material (BOM) and provide purchasing department wit
h product specifications;
  Interface with shop personnel during production and testing to insure
product compliance with design formation and delivery requirements.

Requirements
  B.S. in Electric Engineering
  0-5 years Work Experience
  Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  Must be a team player - open-minded and flexible;
  Must have the ability to manage multi-tasks, carry out root cause ana
lysis, and deal with internal and external customers. Must have excellent prob

  Experience with high voltage applications, up to 7200 VAC;
  Experience with mobile construction equipment control;
  Knowledge of Chinese electric codes/regulations;
  Knowledge of international electric symbols and schematics;
  Knowledge of CAD system, Pro/E, AutoCAD;
  Good command of English (both oral and written);
  PC literacy (MS office).


Position: Manufacturing Engineer(生产工程师)
Location: Nanjing

Position Objective
Improve manufacturing and other in-house processes with respect to quality, pr
oductivity and through put with the objective of reducing over all costs and i
mproving customer satisfaction.  Support construction of new ADS facility incl
uding plant layout, material flow, labor estimates, and cost control. 

Principal Responsibilities
  Develop and improve processes, quality and procedures in manufacturin
g and other support functions to reduce costs, and improve productivity and th
roughput by using Lean Manufacturing Principles such as 5S, Poke Yoke, and Kai
zen;
  Provide plant or process flow layouts to improve productivity;
  Determine optimum manufacturing processes and raw material usage;
  Select optimum capital equipment as appropriate; then justify and ove
rsee purchase, installation and start-up;
  Support new product development and sustaining engineering to insure
quality product manufacturability at minimum cost;
  Provide cost analysis as required;
  Investigate and resolve production and quality problems, conferring w
ith the appropriate salary and hourly personnel as required;
  Improve the accuracy of production standards through time study, stan
dard data development, and the application of elemental standard times or othe
r methods;
  Assist in the training of teams in problem solving techniques and per
formance/improvement measurements.

Problem Solving
  Identify areas in need of 5S, designing plan for implementation;
  Perform time studies in designated areas in order to develop standard
s;
  Simplify and optimize assembly processes;
  Develop and implement cost saving projects.

Requirements
  A BS in Engineering. No experience is necessary.
  Responsible for meeting the objectives of our ISO programs. When ther
e are any questions regarding these programs they shall be directed to your su
pervisor/manager or the facility ISO representative. Supervisors and managers
are responsible for communicating policy and objectives of ISO programs to the
ir employees.
  Moderate physical demand in handling parts and tools. Work involves f
requent lifting or moving average weight material.

Handles equipment such as caliber, gauges and torque wrenches. Incorrect mecha
nical work can also result in a large loss amount requiring rework and other a
ctions.



Position: Assembly operator(装配工)，10
Location: based in Nanjing（南京）

Job description / Mission（工作职责）：
You will report to the team leader. Responsible for assembly of Construction a
nd Mining Equipments or other production missions as assigned.

Position: Service engineer (服务工程师)，20
Location: based in Nanjing and other cities in China

Job description / Mission
  Responsible for inspection, start up machine;
  Responsible for fix problem, overhaul & normal service job in  worksh
op/jobsite;
  Responsible for issue service report ;
  communicate with customer & internal;
  Report to service supervisor/service manager.

Experience Requirements
  At least 2 years of  Technical service ;
  basic customer service skills.

Knowledge / Educational requirements
  University/College graduate in mechanical or other relevant major;
  Computer literate with practical knowledge of MS Office, especially E
xcel, or SAP;
  Good communication skills with customers;
  fluent spoken and written English ;
  Worked in the international trade company is best ;
  Preferably heavy industry segment background.
