well, I want to welcome you. This gonna be really cool. This gonna be really fun. And, ah, I think you reallly gonna enjoy yourselves. Ah, I am going... Ah, this course is about creating breakthroughs. Now, ah, what you see, is that methods for sort of doing imcremental innovations are reasonably well in shap. But methods to do breakthroughs are really not. And so what we have is, for you, is really the leading edgeways to identify the breakthroughs. And now why would you care? Well, basically, it turns out that once you have, as manager, once you have managed to take all the cost out, once you have managed to be as efficient as you can they really to grow you need major innovations. You can´t continue to do all these minor things, what happens is, as you´ll see, things become commdities.

Now firms are not stupid and they realize´s, so what manager or CEO does is to say something like we must have new products. We must have major new products. We say yeah, and so then what they to do is, yeah, ah, they continue to produce imcremental ones, because nobody knows how to make major ones and so the manager is even fiercer so he says something like we must have 1/3 of our products brand new within five years. So they would get into this mad exercises where they change their SKU´s of existing products. You know, they say, wow, let´s see, what is your definition of really new , boss. Well, a new SK, ah, good shape. Ah, now.

Now, so now with respect to the agenda. Today I am going to give you a bit of introduction at first. Ah, we´ll gonna talk about who really develop breakthroughts. Because people organize the innovation processes around the ways they think it works. And so we set that in place, and then talk about course structure and logistics. How it should work and what paper´s like and all those of things you want to know before you can decide what you wanthaving to do with these. OK.
