Idea came simply, because I have been 29 years in this city and it's a great city, the greatest on earth, I believe and we deserve something to have a ..to show. I have five older restaurants and I decided to offer pizza. And I wanna be different. Then they order corner pizza what they have. So what goes is the 12 inches of cream fresh with 60 caviars. And it's beautiful. It’s precise and pre-cut.
