Let gentleman, we heard the ration now here, we know ,MS is good and monetizing search traffic, they don’t just get that, they don’t get much traffic, Yahoo gets twenty traffic but they don’t seem to be able monetize very well, if you put these together, something like good ideas ,Watt, what do you think?
I think there is, you know, it makes some sense that I think you know, paying 15 billion dollars for Yahoo what ever the price rumor would be, I think it’s a bit steep, I think money can be better used in other way. I think if you look at on line marker would be a marker place between elbows and advertise. That’s health rationality for the deals, the other half we have to be around, be able to drive in vision, something I think MS is laid on line segment. I think arguable Yahoo has well , I think, you know Google has both identically been able to acquire their way to really be innovator in on-line business, you know this deal would do a lot to further MS efforts now we got, something that is why we’re more and more about than necessarily any.

David, what do you think?
I think it’s deal make tremendous matter sense ,I mean rather than having two companies No 2 and No 3 spending as much investing in search about 9 billion dollars and be redundant terms of development efforts is way to share hold money on both sides. You know having a timely emerge between two companies Yahoo rolling up project – this spends time and money to improve monetization search and be able to put this on top what MS has, could create tremendous amount value for the stand point looking MS stock, it’s broke up in other 5 years of having this been doing.
David, what about culture? I mean founder of Yahoo – doesn’t use MS products, he hates MS so much, this is always integration risk, isn’t it ever higher with this competition.
Oh, the issue her is – really driving the bus and bottom line her if we look at MS relationship with Yahoo ,-----2006 over chair which was owned by Yahoo stillness, which was searching for provider for MS, two companies avoided for together for years.
Watt, if you don’t think this is a such good idea ,what should MS do right now, what should Yahoo do right now?
Ya, you know all speak last for Yahoo, not a company coverage—and on the MS side, you know ,you look at what innovation is on line space, you talk about search being the most—in the on line space today, if you look 5 years – I think thing like search probably less important five years , MS should be looking beyond search areas whether further innovation in on line sites. I think MS should be buying a company in a month in on line space that help them put together short of correct fields if you’re well of on line property that you know, attract user to them beyond search mechanism.

Well, you know, why – you can really have a major deal now makes a big change, office live is getting, it’s getting losing out two what Google application, making availing on terms of documents if you put Yahoo and MS together you could really show MS believe in the thing that client are moving behind pc, it’s been a sort of guiding mentality for the company. Network computing is where it’s going forward and MS had a pc – had been melted and now it’s time to do it.
