Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably MS, in physics, EE, computer engineering, computer science, or related fields of engineering and science
Proficiency in C/C++ programming for software engineers. Requirement for programming skills is lower for application engineers
Computer engineering, e.g., operating system, drivers, assembly programming

GUI experience
SQA experience
IT experience
Multiple computer platforms and languages
Solid training and knowledge base in mathematics and physics
Optics and EM wave theory (Electrodynamics)
Numerical computation methods
Image and signal processing
Knowledge in VLSI circuit
Semiconductor manufacturing technologies, in particular microlithography
Fourier optics
Optical imaging theory
Statistical analysis
Computer graphics and computer vision
Good communication skills, and good written and verbal English skills
