摘要：随着全球服务外包产业的兴起和蓬勃发展，一些国家已经通过承接发达国家和跨国公司的服务外包业务，实现了经济的增长和产业结构的升级。面临全球服务业转移的机遇，中国应利用自身有利条件，积极承接服务外包业务，实现生产方式的转变。本文以此为背景，介绍了我国服务外部产业发展的现状、特点及趋势，分析了我国服务外包产业存在的主要问题，并针对这些问题提出了相应的建议，以期对我国服务外包产业的发展提供借鉴。

Abstract: With the global service outsourcing industry and the rise of vigorous development, some countries have adopted the developed countries and multinational companies to undertake outsourced services business and achieve economic growth and industrial upgrading. Facing global services transfer opportunities that China should use its own favorable conditions, to undertake active service outsourcing business, and production methods change.
