Welcome back the Live, just when Megyn Kelly make a chatting little about this morning's Las Vegas show.It was an interesting sideshow in Vegas this morning. Watching O.J Simpson coming there.He had some interesting reactions when he heard those charges.But you know,what do you think about how strong this case really is?

I really don't think it's that's strong. I mean believe me I'm not a big defender of O.J.Simpson.But I looked at this case and I think technically they have him because technically he did go into this place and some body had a gun and obviously they behaved like bullys like dogs in there.

But convert that four-minute exchange inside this Vegas Hotel room between fugs on outsides you know this alleged victim is no big prizes either. Into some thing like potentially give this guy a life sentence seems really disproportional to me.

I mean when you look at the facts that you know nobody got hurt. I think it's likely that his defence attorney were argued he didn't know that there was a gun in the room because we don't hear it's that the gun gets drawn and pointed at someone and threaten some body directly. Do we?

Right.No.No we don't hear that. We just heard there is a gun involve. So what? O.J's gonna say look I went there trying to retrieve my stuff. This guy Tom Richear said lap,he said we are gonna get going. You can get your stuff. Yes I planed and saying. Hey, give me my stuff and I wasn't going to be nice about it. I didn't know this guy had a gun no one alleges I had a gun. He pulls one out . I got myself in the back. What I gonna do then?Just dump it all. I took it and left. It's my stuff. And that's still remains to be seen but that's gonna be the defence.

Here's a possible they level this huge list of charges at him.10 of them felonies, 11 charges altogether.Because they know that they are gonna whittle it down and eventurally come up with something and maybe even S had a quad.


Exactly.They wanna raise this stakes as high as possible so they has something to plead down to so they can get them to plead guilty they wanna to . And I've been shocked if O.J plead anything significant this case. I think he want to push to trail.

Yeah I do,because I don't think he's gonna want to plead guilty.The charges they are serious falonies and I think he's probably right that if he gets his defence in front of a jury .He can say listen maybe I shouldn't been there but the other guy who with the truth though. I just want to get the stuff that belong to me.

And he is gonna to say:Hey,work for me last time.(Yeah, it's O.J)
You wanna know i'm above the law.
