1.生产经理
Job Description:
Supervises, directs, and controls the activities of several shifts of a functional area through lower
level supervisors.
- Daily functioning and performance of welding and assembly production machinery incl.
inspection, upkeep, and maintenance.
- Works with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and vendors for planning and purchasing of
supply and equipment and for completion of immediate and ongoing projects. Develops internal
strategies to achieve overall objectives
- Develops solutions to poorly or ambiguously defined needs or complex problems, which need
long term or strategic solution, to ensure optimal productivity.
- Modifies existing policies, processes, or methods to achieve results.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanics, or other related field;
Fluent in spoken and written English, with good reporting skills;
Good command of computer (including Office software, internet ect.), ERP knowledge is a plus;
Mature, flexible, good leadership skills; with goal-oriented management style as well as high
teamwork spirit; Conceptual and Strategic abilities;
Minimum 10 years relevant experience of which 5 years in the managerial position in a

Job Description:
-Establish processes based on modern quality techniques to both achieve and measure this
achievement of current quality goals agreed with customers and within the company.
-Act as required to develop adequate quality standards and measures of the company's supply base.
-Co-ordinate and be responsible for specific customer product or process audits.
-Assist other departments to monitor and provide feedback on production efficiency, process

Lead the annual budget and plan process;
Implement cash management policies, which focus on supplier terms, cash collection, and overdue
management;
- Take understanding of treasury and contract management issues.

- Under the Corporate direction, manage the development and approval of business plans, annual
budget, operating forecasts, reports and measurements;
- Establish budgeting and forecasting processes, and management reporting systems;
- Counsel in business areas that affect business performance, which include pricing, investment
decisions & performance measurements;
- Act as financial advisor to functional and operational peers;
- Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate finance policies and
procedures, balance sheet reviews, and internal controls processes;
- Ensure compliance to local statutory filing and reporting requirements;
- Work with Corporate Credit & Collection to set up and enforces stringent credit control;
- Responsible for tax planning and compliance;
- Executes corporate treasury directions and liaises with bankers and other financing institutions.
Requirements:
CFO or China Controller for the last 3-4 years, at least 13-14 years+ working experience with profound MNC;

5.物流主管
Job Description:
- Manage a logistics operation, including purchasing, warehouse, freight forwarding, Customs;
- Maintain and improve the relationship with the client and supplier;
- Maintain and improve the relationship with local government authorities;
- Daily import/export/hard book management;
- Daily warehouse operation management;
- Coordinate with production, financial to perform monthly inventory counting;
- Pricing management to achieve budget goals;

sores, to production to despatch;

Requirements:
1. More than 5 years working experience, with 3 years logistics experience at manufacturing
environment;
Good Customs knowledge and prior experience is a must;
Hands on experience of export processing, trade knowledge of import/ export;
Good experience of warehouse management;
College degree or above in Mechanical-electronics Engineering;
A good understanding of ERP, SAP R3 will be preferred

- Responsible for measurement tasks: Workout measurement program; provide inspect report,
measurement, and material inspect including, responsible for quality planning
- Participate in quality analysis activities:
- Responsible for in size measurement of quality analysis on new product development and
production process; and be responsible for the result of measurement. Responsible for quality reporting towards managers and HQ
- Participate in equipment and process capability studies (cmk, cpk):
Receive the requirement from production department, industrial and engineering department,
assist them in measurement on new equipment capabilities (cmk) and production equipment capabilities (cpk); and bring forward relevant demands on adjustment.
- Participate in measurement system analysis:
Responsible for MSA on measurement equipment and bring forward relevant demands on
adjustment.
- Responsible for Mmeasurement equipment maintenance
- Cooperate with suppliers, supplier quality development:
Associated with suppliers when necessary to carry out a measurement on the samples at each stage to ensure the result to be in line with specifications; organize staff on site to confirm on the measuring method and tools to ensure their measuring capabilities; support on site when necessary technically and confirm on the result.
- Apply and implement the quality approbation of batch production:
Participate in APQP management of new items, organize the approbation of batch production,
make samples and present the reports.
- Responsible to handle customer complaints:
- Study the products which clients refuse to take and have doubts on, collect and report the information about the products that clients have returned, make correcting measures (and follow
them up) and 8D reports and write a report about the refusing rate PPM at the customers’ side.

- To establish and W.I./Process and product requirements and perform feasibility/manufacturability studies on the new part/project.
- Continuous improvement on optimizing manufacturing process to pursuit high production efficiency, like reduce the cycle time, reduce the lead time, cost saving on tooling, improvement on coolant.
- Work with quality, purchasing and manufacturing to establish qualified vendors and improve quality.

13.设备维护工程师
工作内容:
1.要求熟悉装备机和多工位铣床。负责所有生产设备和辅助设备的正常使用,包括日常和紧急设备维护、预防性维护
2.及时更新预防性维护工作计划
3.负责维修费用预算和零部件库存
4.保持与现有设备及零部件供应商的联络,如有必要开发新的供应商
5.负责部gate日常工作
教育背景:
工业自动化或相关专业大专以上学历
工作经历:
3年以上合资和独资制造企业相关工作经验。
