一.Area Sales Manager: 7 people



  Tool Division: total 4 people， (2 in BJ, 1 in CQ, 1 in GZ)



  Surface and Profile Division: 1 people



  Cylindrical Division: 2 people



    Job Description:



1. Assist Sales Director to set main goals and plans within the team, make related policies and   regulations in the execution;



2. Direct the actual distribution or movement of the product to the customer, lead the team to fulfill the annual sales target;



3. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives;



4. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and monitor the preferences of customers, to execute the sales plan of the company;



5. Analyze technological conditions, resources, and market needs, consult with managers and related   departments, evaluate project proposals, offer guidance on project bidding and negotiation;



  Qualification Request:



1. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical or equivalent major;



2. 5+ years related working experience, Hands-on experience with grinding machines and associated   mechanical equipment;



3. Good team player, cost estimation and proposal experience;



4. Familiar with office software.



二.Sale Engineer   4 people



职位描述:

任职要求：



1.本科以上学历，机械/销售等相关专业；



2.2年以上机械行业的相关工作经验；



3.具有工作热情，良好的工作态度和团队合作精神；



4.良好的书面和口头交流能力，熟悉办公应用软件。



三.R&D Engineer：4 people



Job Description:



1.Research, design, develop, evaluate and improve machine components, equipments and systems;



2.Promote and standardize new technologies and put them into application;



3.Design and modify mechanical and electrical drawings;



4.Make and modify operating, testing and maintain workflow;



5.Analyze system requirement, customer needs, estimate cost, make budget and determine the feasibility of projects;



6. Direct and train assembly personnel.



    Qualification Request



1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in machine manufacture or electrical engineering;



2. 3+ years related working experience, Machine design experience and professional project management trained is recommended;



3.Good English or German;



4.Familiar with office software and 2D/3D design software.



四.Service Engineer (Help-line) 3 people



Job Description:



1.Receive and make a note of the phone call, fax or e-mail from the customer for the machine failures and prejudge the reasons of machine failures.



2.Every week update the statistic list for the received machine failures and classify the cases, then send the list to relevant department leader;



3. Manage the technical documentations and all the papers with customers for service issues;



4. Manage the database of installed and accepted machines;



5.Give the internal training to the junior service engineer and sometimes to the customers;



6.Support service engineer for the field service at the necessary time.



Qualification Request



1.Bachelor Degree or above, major in autoimmunization or electrical engineering is preferred ;



2.5+ years related working experience, Professional Siemens 840D system and FANUC system is recommended;



3. Good communication skills both on written and oral, familiar with office software. 五.Service Engineer (local machine) 3 people



职位描述:



1.为客户做新设备的前期安装和调试；



2.对客户购买的机型进行维修和保养；



3.机器安装后给客户进行操作和技术培训；



4.每周向服务经理提供服务报告，完成主管安排的其他工作。



任职要求：



1.高中及以上学历，机械制造或电气工程专业；



2.3年以上的相关工作经验，基础的技术培训是必要的；



3.适应出差，能够自觉的[屏蔽]完成工作；

六.Application engineer: 7 people

Job Description:



1.Manufacturing of internal Production Parts / Customer Parts



2.Grinding Tests of Standard Demo Parts/ Customer Parts



3.Compile Inspection Sheets/ Grinding Protocols/ Application Reports



4.Training of Customer's Operators and KSMT Service Technicians



Qualification Request



1.More than 5 years Experience in a Technical Job (preferred Grinding Technology or least engineering);



2.Willing to learn over a long period of time;



3.Willing to travel a lot (also to Europe);



4.Good skills in reading and writing English, familiar with office software.







七.Quality Engineer 2 people



Job Description:



1.Take machine part orientation precision and running stability test after machine assembly;



2.Make quality testing report and analyse for assembly team to support for quality improvement;



3.Measure test-grinding parts and make analyse with application engineers to improve grinding process;



4.Manage and maintain testing and measurement equipments;



5.Make quality improvement proposals to enhance quality.



Qualification Request:



1. Bachelor Degree or above major in machine manufacturing or instrument measuring;



2. 2+ years related working experience, Professional relative trained is recommended;



3. Good English/German communication skills, familiar with office software.







八. Workshop Supervisor 1 people



  职位描述:



1.负责整个车间的生产；



2.按照产品计划和质量标准来管理磨床装配；



3.管理服务部gate和生产部gate的整个物资的流动；



4.执行生产目标和公司战略，使生产步骤和生产程序最优化；



5.确保生产和服务部gate存货的准确性,确保物资运转的快速与准确。



任职要求：



1.大专以上学历，机械类相关专业毕业；



2. 5年以上相关行业主管工作经验；



3.优秀的团队[屏蔽]能力，具有责任心，工作热情；



4.有一定英语基础，英语听说读写熟练尤佳，熟悉办公应用软件。



九.Production Coordinator 1 people



职位描述:



1.负责整个供应链的协调包括，生产计划，销售指令和出货；



2.制作材料需求计划，制作生产文件；



3.按照安装进程，为仓库制作材料单；



4.按照生产计划向安装人员提供材料可行性的担保；



5.确保机器的准时交货；



6.为确保供应链的正常运行不断完善公司生产体系。



任职要求：



1.中专及以上学历，3年以上相关行业工作经验；



2.能够承受工作压力，自觉，主动，[屏蔽]的完成工作；



3.具有英语/德语的沟通能力，熟悉办公应用软件。







十.装配技工（机械装配/电气装配）6 名



职位描述:



1.能进行磨床的安装和调试，看懂机械装配/电气装配的图纸；



2.磨床装配需要有刮研经验，会调试磨床精度等；



3.磨床装配需要了解液压，气动原理



4.电气装配需要熟悉发那刻/西gate子系统，会操作和简单的编程，懂PLC。



任职要求：



1.中专以上学历，机械相关专业；



2.有3年以上机床安装/电气安装经验，熟悉磨床安装/磨床电气安装优先；
