Manager Engineering （ADP China）

Job Description:
-        Manage a team of hardware development engineers dedicated to Tellabs 8800 systems development and sustaining. Must be able to plan, lead and execute multiple projects through their full development cycle from concept to pilot release, by providing technical and administrative leadership. Assist in development of HW Deliverables including feasibility, architecture, and requirements. Facilitate individual engineers in obtaining necessary resources and support in order to work effectively according to the project schedule and within process.
-        Additional management responsibilities include; budgeting, resources planning, participating in technical design reviews, evaluating and signing ECOs, MCOs related to HW/FW design, participate in resolving customer issues when requested by customer service and supporting other organization such as manufacturing and system test.
