MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for an experienced software development coach to help the SW R&D in software design & programming.
You will be looking into the existing code of our distributed embeded system. And you will be working with different teams to coach and guide them to continously improve the code design & quality.
You will be working in a agile (Scrum) mode and coach the teams to use the SW development practices, e.g. TDD.
REQUIREMENTS:
You have a degree in software technology, computer science or equivalent. In this position the following competencies are needed:
- 5+ years experience in embeded system C programming
- Experienced in applying software design principles (e.g. Design Patterns, OO)
- Good knowledge in software analysis, software development related tools
