驱动冲突问题，系统内始终残留有老版本驱动，没卸载干净。
要卸载干净有点麻烦，解决方案原话：

next uninstall ati ccc without restart when asked
then remove ati display drivers then reboot
After reboot run driver cleaner pro twice
And reinstall it again
Worked for me, had same prob for months before I figured it out
