I hurt my middle finger of my right hand while practicing SaoLinGunShu but I still have to go to the PE class this afternoon. I'm worried about my finger.

If u are not playing games that needed ur finger ,it's ok..........

When I took off my glasses I can't see the ball clearly so I haven't been playing it for a long time since high school. And when I play football with my glasses on I don't feel comfortable.

so a good eyesight is very important........My classmates used to admire my good eyesight and I took it for granted....now i wear glasses of 300 degree.....

It's useless to feel regretful about not pretecting my eyes well......

I like playing badminton.........actually, I played yesterday and felt wonderful.

I chose badminton classes this semester..We have classes inside the gymnasium.
