I think it's because when you play badminton you will do a lot of jumping and running and you can execise every part of your body. It's a good way to lose some weight and that's why I put it on my list but I can't resist the temptation of martial art.

I used to play PingPong but I didn't play it well.

i came from panzhihua which is a small city in the south west of sichuan.
there is a dam for generateing electricity of ertan which is only small than sanxia.
my hometown is famous for its coal mine and navajoite.i did'nt find any interesting or beatiful place in there......so sorry to tell you ....
but the weather of there is so good .the summer is cool while the winter is warm....
