Job Description/Qualifications:

NVIDIA is hiring a software engineer to work in our Tegra software organization, for Android Framework.
Ideal candidates will hA∨e a thorough understanding of operating system internals (preferably Linux) and microprocessor architecture, and are capable of understanding complex hardware and program optimize on embedded footprints. Also prefer to hA∨e experiences with Android Framework.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement software platform for Tegra devices, mostly at framework level.
- Deliver excellent software for CTS certification
- Performance tuning, plus system stability



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BS or MS degree in EE/CS/CE
- Excellent in C/C++/JA∨a, JA∨aScript, J2ME and Android application programming
- In-depth knowledge of Android OS and Android Framework
- Ability to develop in core frameworks
- Excellent software design, problem solving and debugging skills
- Experience with embedded operating (esp. Android, Linux) is a major plus.
- Experience with 3D graphics or multimedia is a major plus.
- Ability and flexibility to work and communicate effectively in a multi-national, multi-time-zone corporate environment.
