乐队成军于2000年，2002年签约于[屏蔽]厂牌Militia，2003年发行第一张专辑『Beneath Medicine Tree』，音乐风格偏像soft rock，夹带清新，听着比较顺耳，也捕获了一大批忠实歌迷。2005年的专辑『In Motion』延续第一张专辑的风格，似乎更加成熟，更趋于流行口味，这是乐队06最新专辑。
