很多人知道Tori Amos都是因为孙燕姿翻唱了那首Silent All These Years。
还有不少是因为张悦然在书中提到的Tori Amos。
首先我觉得张悦然这类的当代出书的人很可悲（这些写手绝对连作家都算不上）
他们不是在多描写床上的事就是通过暴露别人的生活为卖点。

回到这首歌，Me ahd A Gun 这首完全没有编曲，赤裸裸的叙事歌，讲的是Tori Amos自己当年因为搭歌迷的便车不幸被[屏蔽]，并且受到生命威胁的事件。这首歌让她在消沉了许久之后勇敢了起来。
Tori在Live上唱几乎每次都会流泪，而某个有才的写手却把它当成笑话。
